Nick Luscombe is a music curator, DJ, broadcaster (Radio 3 Late Junction) and the brains behind Flomotion Radio, a genre-bending musical minsetrone that lives online. He performs live and has been heard on XFM, NME Radio and is probably coming to a frequency near you soon. Nick has been working with Unity on PizzaExpress New Generation nights and and a tasty playlist for the Living Lab in Richmond.If you had a festival what would it be called and what would happen?
I'm planning to organise a London wide bandstand festival putting electronic music artists on in parks across the city. I love the idea of updating the bandstand concept, and messing with it a little. As to a name.....hmmm... Electrobandstandival?
