Gizzi Erskine

Dubbed ‘the rock ‘n’roll chef’, Gizzi Erskine is a food writer, television presenter and chef. Trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, she has starred in Channel 4’s Cook Yourself Thin, is the author of the bestselling Gizzi’s Kitchen Magic, and is a regular contributor to This Morning, Sky One’s Taste, Marie Claire, Grazia and In Style.

Gizzi has worked with Unity on a number of delectable projects, from encouraging hardened urbanites to grow their own herbs for Cafédirect, to styling a Britpop themed tea-party for Pearl Lowe and American Elle.
