Nik Done - Co-Founder

Nik’s PR adventure began in the mid 90’s when she joined Ketchum. She then went on to work at Larkspur and Band & Brown before co-founding Unity. She has been named one of Management Today’s ‘35 Women Under 35’, was a finalist for Grazia O2’s business-woman of the year, in addition to appearing as a mentor to young campaigners for two series of Channel 4’s Battlefront programme.

Gerry Hopkinson - Co-Founder

Gerry has more than twenty years experience and has worked on more than 200 client campaigns. Prior to co-founding Unity in 2005, Gerry was CEO of Band & Brown. He’s a regular on the speaker circuit, is a member of the PRCA’s PR Council, was a judge of the 2010 PR Week Awards and is currently a mentor on Channel 4’s Battlefront programme.
